    Contract for Assistance with Canada Visa Application

    This contract is written between KKPROFS Inc. [Canada] (Agent #6: Mr. Morteza Najafi), and Mrs. SHAHRZAD ARMANI, born on 05-04-1987 in Gorgan, Iran, holder of Iranian National ID number 2122716436, hereon referred to as the "Applicant". The terms and principles of this contract are described below, and both parties are committed to their implementation. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration/litigation in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

    "Article One: Subject of the Contract"
    The contract is about providing assistance to the Applicant and her minor child in the preparation and submission of a spouse/dependent visa application for entry into Canada as work permit holder and study permit holder, respectively, to join a work-permit holder husband/father. The agent will offer guidance, document review, application submission support, and case-specific guidance to ensure a comprehensive and accurate visa application.

    "Article Two: Duration of the Contract"
    The validity period of the contract is from the date of signing until the completion of the visa application process. The contract will terminate upon the decision on the visa application.

    "Article Three: Fees"
    The fees for the services provided under this contract are as follows:
    Visa Application Assistance: $600 CAD.
    In case of visa rejection: The Applicant will be refunded for 50% of Assistance fee payments made within 30 business days, which will be equal to $300 CAD.

    "Article Four: Conditions of Fee Payments"
    The fees will be paid as outlined below:
    At the time of signing the contract, the Applicant shall pay $600 CAD. Additionally, the Applicant is responsible for a non-refundable visa application fee of $490 CAD per application directly charged by the Immigration and citizenship of Canada, separate from the fees and services provided by the Agent.
    If the visa application is rejected: The Agent shall refund the Applicant $300 CAD (50% of Assistance Fees).

    Article Five: Agent's Obligations and Responsibilities
    The Agent agrees to fulfill the following obligations and responsibilities:

    • Review the Applicant's provided documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in preparing and revising the Applicant's application materials, including forms, resume, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Explanation, and Plans.
    • Submit the complete visa application package online on behalf of the Applicant before the designated deadline.
    • Provide the Applicant with online credentials to access the submitted visa application once the result becomes available.

    Note: After the contract's validity period, the Agent will not be responsible for the Applicant's future decisions, such as changes in travel plans, visa extension, or any legal implications resulting from the Applicant's actions.

    Article Six: Applicant's Obligations and Responsibilities
    The Applicant agrees to fulfill the following obligations and responsibilities:

    • Submit all valid and approved documents required for the visa application to the Agent within the agreed timeframe. Any delays in document submission are the responsibility of the Applicant.
    • Adhere to the fee payment outlined in Article Four of this contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of the contract.
    • Notify the Agent in writing as soon as possible in the event of withdrawal from the visitor visa application process or any desire to terminate the contract. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the Applicant bearing any associated responsibilities.

    Article Seven: Termination of the Contract
    This contract will be considered "ended" once the Agent has completed their duties upon receiving the decision on the visa application.

    Article Eight: Contract Cancellation
    • If the Applicant presents fake or fabricated documents, the Agent reserves the right to collect all charges and fees related to this contract and cancel the contract immediately.
    • If the Applicant decides to cancel the contract within one week after signing, the Agent shall refund 90% of the assistance fee payment. If such a decision occurs anytime between one week after signing and before submitting the visa application, the Agent shall refund 50% of the assistance fee. No refunds will be provided if the decision to cancel occurs after the visa application has been submitted to the Canadian authorities.
